Sunflower Recovery is dedicated to organizational growth that helps new hope bloom for our clients in the Osawatomie, Miami County, and Kansas City area. For that reason, we are proud to announce the arrival of new Executive Director Kimberly Bellof.
Ms. Bellof is a dynamic and motivated healthcare professional with a proven record of generating and building community relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, and coaching cross-functional teams to success. Skilled in communicating effectively, and adept at making critical decisions during challenges, she is an adaptable and transformational leader that will spearhead the next era of growth at Sunflower — making it a vital resource for the region.
“My commitment to helping those who suffer from addiction runs deep,” Ms. Bellof shares. “As a family member of someone who suffered multiple addictions, I empathize with families who feel hopeless, helpless, and don’t know where to turn for help.
“The recovery process we offer at Sunflower Recovery is one of healing, reflection, and new beginnings. I am honored and blessed to be a part of the mission to help others end addiction and begin a new life.”
In the first weeks of her tenure, Ms. Bellof has already dedicated herself to improving client experience and satisfaction, and has made several key staffing changes to optimize operations. She currently is overseeing the final stages of a major renovation project at the facility, which is slated to be unveiled at a community Open House in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more updates!
